TERMS & CONDITIONS

Hoodtube.com Terms of Use AgreementLatest Revision: Friday, June 14,2007.1. Hoodtube.com Terms of agreement.Members must use our service in a manner consistent with, and abiding to any and all applicable laws and regulations, local or Federal, whichever might be pertinent in any given situation. Additionally, to this general clause, there are further ones to which a member must adhere to; these can be found in the following sections in our mutual Terms of agreement.2. Member abuse and related issuesa) In general, it is a violation of our rules to use any information obtained from our service in order to harass, abuse, or harm another person; or to contact other members to advertise, solicit, or try to sell them products or services without their prior explicit consent: this will be considered as SPAM, and actions will be considered accordingly b) It is illegal to sell Hoodtube\' members’ contact information: this is a direct violation of our Privacy policy.

c) This includes instances of Predation - In order to protect our Members from any unwanted attempts at being contacted by a specific party, and after the member / s being \'harassed\' having clearly expressed his / her will not to be harassed to this offensive party, d) Hoodtube.com reserves the right to restrict the number of emails which a member may send other Members in any 24-hour period, to any other number which Hoodtube.com deems appropriate, or simply interdict communications completely: e) we shall act in our sole discretion, with first in mind the safety and peace of mind of our Members, thus invoking our last resort policy: the accused violator shall be given a last right of appeal.3. Systematic abuse and related issuesa) You may not cover or obscure banner / creative advertisements on your personal profile page, or any Hoodtube.com page using HTML/PHP/CSS, or any code or other program and / or by any other means; b) any “invisible text” is strictly prohibited, such as white letters on a white background - any Member found using this malpractice shall be banned with - or without - a last appeal (this wrongdoing incurs penalties from search engines, and is quite serious), this will be at our very sole discretion, and our decision will be deemed final.

c) Any automated use of our system, such as using scripts to add friends, or \'mass gathering\' of Members\' contact information, is prohibited. d) It is also illegal under our rules attempt to impersonate another member, or user who is not a member of Hoodtube.com. e) You may never use the account, username, or password of another Member at any time, nor may you disclose your password to any third party or permit any such third party to access your account. f) You may not transfer your profile to someone else. g) At all times it is your duty and responsibility to keep exclusive information, i.e. financial, or any items not meant for public knowledge, and not disclosed in your profile, such as your password.4. Disclaimers - Section 1a) While Hoodtube.com is responsible for matters of privacy under our service and system, where a third party is involved, we hereby state that we cannot be held responsible nor accountable for any disclosure by our Members themselves, whether voluntary or accidental; b) we reiterate the need for our Members to keep their confidential information safely and responsibly.

c) an example is in the safekeeping of your own Hoodtube.com password in a safe place, just like any other important password or P.I.N. for any type of accounts; d) the ideal solution, of course is memorization. A physical notebook dedicated to passwords, and kept in a safe drawer at home is good solution as well: many of us have too many numbers to remember as it is. The very best advice about passwords, to anyone, is to have a different one for each separate important item (be it a bank account, debit or credit card); otherwise, if a hacker would find one password for one thing - he would have found one for everything (!). This last item is only meant as a \'word to the wise\'; it\'s a member\'s prerogative to use their preferred M.O.5.
