PHOENIX - DMX, aka Earl Simmons, was arrested in Arizona Tuesday for violating terms of his probation. DPS's gang enforcement unit arrested Simmons at his probation officer's office, for allegedly being in possession of crack cocaine. He was booked on five counts of probation violation. DMX has been arrested in five times in the past on drug charges, animal cruelty and theft, and is reportedly undergoing addiction treatment. Maricopa County Sheriff Joe Arpaio says he's surprised to see Simmons back, considering he's said he'll never be back to Arizona.
